# Usage in VRChat
ContactGloveOSC
- Currently, the OSC functionality (ContactGloveOSC) is exclusive to ContactGlove(1) and is not compatible with ContactGlove2.
- If compatibility is added in the future, we will notify you through update screens or other means.
- Currently, VRChat supports Skeletal Input and SteamVR Input 2.0 for PCVR usage.
- Both ContactGlove(1) and ContactGlove2 can use Skeletal Input to perform hand tracking without needing avatar OSC settings.
- When used via SteamVR, the following hand tracking is possible, compliant with Skeletal Input:
- ContactGlove(1): Independent bending of each finger and joint
- ContactGlove2: Independent bending and spreading motion of each finger and joint
- Both ContactGlove(1) and ContactGlove2 can also perform hand tracking compliant with the Valve Index Controller (1-axis bending for each finger).
- Please refer to the official VRChat documentation for how to switch.
- Input 2.0 FAQ > My avatar's fingers look/move weird now, how do I go back to how it was before? (opens new window)
- Since ContactGlove2 is designed for PC connection, it currently does not support usage in Standalone-VR (Android platform).
